Privacy
This notice explains the information HeyJake handles through this website and its demo experiences.
Information you provide
When you book a demo, we store the contact, requested or confirmed time, and workflow details you submit so we can schedule and run it. When you start an instant call demo, we use your phone number to create the private session and place the requested call. The browser-facing demo record exposes only limited session details, such as the last four phone digits.
Calls and demo sessions
A live demo may process call state, transcript turns, summaries, outcomes, and proposed next actions so the private page can show what the call is producing. Private demo sessions expire automatically. If you choose a verified time in the booking form—or explicitly confirm a verified time and contact email during the voice demo—we may create that single calendar event and send its invitation. HeyJake does not call an appointment confirmed unless the calendar provider returns a real event.
Technical information
We may process IP address, timestamps, device and browser details, and request metadata for security, abuse prevention, reliability, and diagnostics. Rate-limit identifiers are stored as one-way hashes where supported by the demo workflow.
How we use and share information
We use information to provide the requested experience, respond to inquiries, secure and improve the service, and comply with law. We may use infrastructure and communications providers that process data on our behalf. We do not sell personal information submitted through the demo form.
Retention and choices
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, security, and legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion, subject to applicable exceptions, by contacting jake@heyjake.co. You may also ask us not to contact you further.
Updates
We may update this notice as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
