These terms govern your use of HeyJake’s website and demo experiences. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or demos.

Demo experiences

The instant demo may place a limited number of immediate calls only after you enter your own number and give the consent shown beside the request. Attempts stop according to the on-screen rules. If you select or explicitly confirm a time identified as live calendar availability, HeyJake may create that one appointment and email its invitation. A requested time is not confirmed unless the site or voice agent states that the calendar accepted it. A demo request does not enroll you in marketing messages. Carrier charges may apply.

Acceptable use

Use the site only for lawful evaluation of HeyJake. Do not submit another person’s contact information without permission, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, bypass limits, or use the demo for deceptive, abusive, or unlawful activity.

No operational commitment

The public demo is an evaluation environment. It may be unavailable, delayed, or incomplete and does not create a production service agreement, service level commitment, agency relationship, or guarantee of business results.

Intellectual property

HeyJake and its site, software, designs, and content are owned by HeyJake or its licensors. You may use the site for evaluation but may not copy, sell, reverse engineer, or redistribute it except where applicable law allows.

Disclaimers and liability

The site and demos are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. HeyJake disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the public site or demo.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Questions may be sent to jake@heyjake.co.
